Fujian Stir-Fried Clams
Ingredients
- Clams 500g
- 3 slices ginger
- Appropriate amount of cooking oil
- Salt as appropriate
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
- Cooking wine 1 spoon
Cooking Steps
- 1. Soak the clams in salt water for 2 hours in advance and spit them out.
- 2. Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic and chopped chili and stir-fry until fragrant
- 3. Add clams and stir-fry over high heat
- 4. Add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell and add soy sauce to enhance the flavor.
- 5. Fry until all clams open their mouths
- 6. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
