Ingredients

  • Clams 500g
  • 3 slices ginger
  • Appropriate amount of cooking oil
  • Salt as appropriate
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Onion, ginger and garlic appropriate amount
  • Cooking wine 1 spoon

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Soak the clams in salt water for 2 hours in advance and spit them out.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic and chopped chili and stir-fry until fragrant
  3. 3. Add clams and stir-fry over high heat
  4. 4. Add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell and add soy sauce to enhance the flavor.
  5. 5. Fry until all clams open their mouths
  6. 6. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve
