- 300g noodles
- 100g pork
- 100g bean sprouts
Cooking Steps
- 1. Boil water in a large pot, add noodles and cook until cooked (1 minute less than the recommended time on the package), drain the cold water and drain
- 2. Heat oil in a pot, add meat and fry until it changes color.
- 3. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry until cooked
- 4. Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry quickly over high heat
- 5. Add soy sauce, a little salt and sugar to taste, stir well over high heat and serve.
