Ingredients List

  • 200g kimchi
  • 100g pork
  • 2 dried chili peppers

Cooking Steps

  1. 1. Wash the pork and poke some small holes on the surface with bamboo skewers for seasoning.
  2. 2. Apply salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, five-spice powder and other seasonings evenly all over the body, and marinate for more than 2 hours (refrigerating overnight is better)
  3. 3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (preheat the air fryer to 180°C)
  4. 4. Place the pork in a baking pan and brush with honey water or oil
  5. 5. Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, turning over halfway through and brushing with sauce.
