Sweet and Sour Pork with Pineapple
Ingredients
- 400 g pork shoulder
- 200 g fresh pineapple
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 4 canned cherries
- Batter: 80 g cornstarch
- Batter: 40 g flour
- Batter: 1 egg
- Batter: 80 ml water
- Sauce: 3 tbsp ketchup
- Sauce: 3 tbsp sugar
- Sauce: 3 tbsp white vinegar
- Sauce: 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- Sauce: 1 tbsp cornstarch slurry
- Oil for deep frying

- Marinate the pineapple sweet and sour pork with cooking wine and a little starch for 10 minutes
